SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
Re-Cycle Studio sells premium new and pre-owned bicycles and components. Product condition, specifications, and relevant details are disclosed on each product page.
Because many items are pre-owned and unique, customers are encouraged to request additional photos, measurements, or information prior to purchase. Inventory is limited, and no two bicycles are exactly the same.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or if we determine that fulfillment cannot be completed as described.
SECTION 3 – PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments made in other currencies are subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction charges.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing, issuing a full refund if payment has already been processed.
SECTION 4 – CONCIERGE ORDERS
Bicycles sourced through our Concierge Service are acquired specifically based on customer requests and specifications.
Concierge orders are final sale, except in cases where the item received differs materially from what was agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
Customers are encouraged to confirm all details before proceeding. Our team will assist throughout the process to ensure expectations are clearly aligned prior to order confirmation.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING
We offer flat-rate shipping within the continental United States. Current shipping rates and details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations is not offered through automated checkout and must be arranged by the customer. We may assist by coordinating with a shipping provider of the customer’s choice.
Re-Cycle Studio is not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges associated with international shipments.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted only in cases where an item differs materially from its description at the time of sale, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items that have been assembled, used, test-ridden, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.
Concierge Service orders are final sale, except where the item differs materially from what was agreed upon in writing.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product information, pricing, and availability details are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Re-Cycle Studio is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any product sold. All bicycles should be professionally assembled, inspected, and maintained by a qualified mechanic before use.
Use of products is at the customer’s own risk.
SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SECTION 10 – LEGAL ENTITY & TRADE NAME DISCLOSURE
Re-Cycle Studio is a trade name operated by WinBlu Cycling Goods LLC, a California-registered limited liability company.
All transactions, billing, tax reporting, and legal obligations conducted through re-cyclestudio.com are handled by WinBlu Cycling Goods LLC.
References to “Re-Cycle Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this website refer to WinBlu Cycling Goods LLC operating under the Re-Cycle Studio brand.
SECTION 11 – BRAND INDEPENDENCE & NON-AFFILIATION
Re-Cycle Studio operates as an independent retailer. We are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any bicycle manufacturer or component brand, unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific product or partnership.
