Returns & Accuracy Guarantee

This policy applies to purchases made through re-cyclestudio.com and is designed to ensure accuracy, transparency, and customer protection.

  • We stand behind the accuracy of our listings. If a bicycle or item arrives materially different from its description, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Eligibility is determined by whether the item differs materially from its description at the time of sale.
  • Because many of our products are pre-owned, we encourage customers to request additional photos, measurements, and condition details prior to purchase. Our team is available to help ensure expectations are aligned before an order is placed.
  • Please inspect your bike upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you believe the item differs materially from its description.
  • To request a return label, email us at info@recyclestudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Return Label Fees (per item): $99.99 — Complete bicycles
  • The return label fee will be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange order.
  • Exchanges: We offer free shipping again on exchange orders over $2000.
  • No Refunds on Concierge Products: Products sourced through our Concierge Service are custom-acquired based on customer specifications. For this reason, these orders are not eligible for standard returns, unless the item arrives materially different from what was agreed upon in writing. This policy applies only to Concierge Service products and does not affect the return eligibility of standard inventory.
