Re-Cycle Studio operates from Chula Vista, California. All orders are fulfilled from the United States.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders

We offer flat-rate shipping within the continental United States (mainland only) at $120 USD per bicycle. This includes professional packing, insurance, and ground shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional fees. Contact us before purchasing for an exact quote.

🕐 Processing Time

  • In-stock bikes ship within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is processed.
  • Concierge or special-order bikes may have longer and variable lead times, depending on supplier availability, transit logistics, and product sourcing.
    While some factors may be beyond our control, we’ll keep you informed and updated throughout the process.

🌍 International Orders (By Request)

International Shipping & Import Duties

  • International orders are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping timelines may vary due to customs processing. For details, please contact us before placing an international order.

💳 Payment & Shipping Release

  • Bikes will only be shipped once full payment has been received and confirmed in our account.
  • For international transactions, please note that bank transfers may take additional time to be reflected. The shipping process will begin only after the funds are fully received and cleared.
  • For international orders, shipping arrangements will begin only after full payment and once the buyer provides complete shipping instructions and confirms their chosen carrier, if applicable.
  • Re-Cycle Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete payments, processing time from international transfers, or missing delivery information.

📦 Packaging & Tracking

All bikes are professionally inspected, disassembled, and securely packed for transit.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is ready to ship.

📍 Local Pickup or Delivery
